Cllr Lorraine Upton (Chair)

Lorraine has lived in this area for over 50 years and lived in Charley itself for 5 years, caring greatly for the neighbourhood.

She is a member of the Charley Heritage Group and helped with putting on open days at the beambender site in Charley. She volunteers with the Oak Spring Fair and likes to promote a good relationship with all events happening in Charley. She is responsible for all bookings at Oaks Storer Hall.

Lorraine joined the Parish Council in 2021 and has been Chair since 2022.
